Happy anniversary to us. A year ago, this was an idea. Today, it's a real community, and we have a few updates to share.

Update 01

Our website is live.

You're looking at it. After a year of building in the background, The Operators Corner now has a real home online, resources, opportunities, and everything else we're building, all in one place.

Update 02

We're hiring our founding team.

We're opening volunteer founding-team roles for people who want to grow with us, no CV required, just real drive and critical thinking. See the open roles and apply.

We're opening a WhatsApp group.

We already have a WhatsApp channel. Now we're opening a group too, for easier communication, real conversation, and closer engagement with the community.

Our first physical event is coming in July 2026.

For the next four weeks, we're unpacking what it actually means to operate well: practical steps, real guidance, and back-to-back content on how to be an operator. It'll show up in our WhatsApp channel and group, so make sure you're in both.
