This is for people with less than a year of experience who are just starting to build a career and want to grow their portfolio with real, hands-on experience.
What we're looking for

- Sharp critical thinker and problem-solver.
- Comfortable working alongside AI tools.
- Willing to learn on the go and committed to following through.

Partnerships Lead
This is a volunteer role. Help us build real relationships with schools, firms, and organizations so we can offer our community more career, internship, and leadership-training opportunities. You will learn how partnership pipelines are built and negotiated from the ground up. This is for people with less than a year of experience who are just starting to build a career and want to grow their portfolio with real, hands-on experience.
What we're looking for

- Confident communicator and relationship-builder.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and organizations.

Brand Ambassador
This is a volunteer role. Become a visible face of The Operators Corner and help run our social presence. This is a structured, learn-as-you-grow role; you will not be thrown in unguided. This is for people with less than a year of experience who are just starting to build a career and want to grow their portfolio with real, hands-on experience.

This is a volunteer role. Engage our existing community, spark new ideas, and help our members feel seen and supported. This is for people with less than a year of experience who are just starting to build a career and want to grow their portfolio with real, hands-on experience.
