The Operators Corner is growing, and we're looking for the people who want to build it with us, not after it's already built, but right now, while it's still being shaped.

We're opening a handful of founding roles. These aren't traditional internships, and they're not jobs in the usual sense either. They're volunteer roles, for now, with real responsibility, real mentorship, and a real seat at the table while we figure out what this organization becomes.

Here's what we're looking for across the board: people who haven't necessarily worked with us before, students and first-timers very much included. No CV required. What we actually care about is whether you think critically, solve problems well, and are genuinely willing to learn and commit. If you're comfortable working alongside AI tools as part of how you operate day to day, even better.

The roles currently open:

Opportunities Lead. Help us find the best scholarships, jobs, programs, and growth opportunities for our community, and learn the exact frameworks we use to source and vet them. You'll also get first pick to apply to anything you surface that fits you.

Partnerships Lead. Help us build real relationships with schools, firms, and organizations, so we can offer our community more career, internship, and leadership-training opportunities. You'll learn how partnership pipelines are actually built and negotiated.

Brand Ambassador. Become a visible face of The Operators Corner and help run our social presence. This is structured and guided, you won't be thrown in without support.

Community Lead. Engage our existing community, spark new ideas, and help our members feel seen and supported.

Every one of these roles comes with something we think matters more than a line on a resume: you'll be part of the actual founding team, shaping how each role works as we go, not stepping into something already rigid and finished.
